Mua was born in Vietnam and grew up in Oakland, CA. He attended Brown University for undergraduate and majored in Neuroscience. Prior to medical school, he received his Master in Public Health at Johns Hopkins. He attended Pacific Northwest University for medical school and completed his family medicine residency in Puayllup, WA. Mua enjoys family time in the great outdoors with his wife and two kids!
