The Vera Whole Health advanced primary care approach is whole person care that is truly patient-centered and addresses every element of your health and wellbeing.
Our care team philosophy is a key part of this approach and pairs you with a primary care provider, a certified health coach, and other specialty care team members based on your needs. We start by listening and getting to know you both medically and personally. Your highly trained care team will also leverage leading-edge data and technology to work together to deliver the right care to you at the right time. This high-quality, customized approach reduces costs, improves health, and creates an experience where you feel heard, known, and empowered.
Our approach is radically different from other primary care providers. Our facilities are state-of-the-art and not like a typical doctor’s office. We go above and beyond delivering care in the quick 15-minute appointments you may have experienced elsewhere. We take the time to truly understand you, ensuring that we provide the comprehensive care and support you require. Through this approach, we prioritize your long-term health and work tirelessly to empower you to take control of your well-being.
