Heike Nuhsbaum, ARNP

Heike loves the emphasis that Vera places on developing relationships with their patients. She joined Vera because she wanted to be a part of a team that focused on the wellness and vitality of an individual helping them be their best selves. Heike earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and her Master's in Nursing from the University of Washington's School of Nursing. For seven years, Heike was a clinical instructor for the University of Washington, leading and teaching RN students about public health, she also worked on Capitol Hill for three years. And for over 6 years, Heike volunteered at a clinic for the underserved. In her free time, Heike likes to take local hikes with her family, read and play games. She also enjoys international travel and is a dual citizen of the United States and Germany. Another fun fact about Heike is that she once got to fly on an old Air Force One plane.
