Lizette Salgado, Coach

Lizette is a bilingual Health and Wellness Coach speaking both English and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work and has a wealth of experience supporting families and members of the community. In her free time Lizette enjoys crocheting, spending time with her two children, spending time outdoors, cooking and traveling. Lizette describes coaching as a magical experience. She most enjoys building rapport with her patients and embracing the uniqueness of each individual.
